DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Because of the rise in COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns for full refund. Up one confirmation email we will be (on a case by case basis) provide a discount code with the store credit amount and expiration date. We, Elease Co., stand behind the products we sell. Any product that is found to be unsatisfactory within 10 days of receipt, or has been received damaged or unusable may be eligible for replacement, or a store credit, depending on the circumstances involved. ANY ITEMS PURCHASED IN AN UPSELL AFTER YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL SALE. These items were purchased at a discounted rate due to the original purchase. If you request a refund on the original purchase because of the discount you received on the second item both purchases will be refunded and the discount VOIDED.
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. We do not email you confirming the store credit issuance when you are ready to use please email us with the items and we will process it accordingly.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.
Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable.
Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled unless it is a merchant error. Please read the shipping times carefully as we state, "SHIPPING MAY TAKE UP TO 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.... THIS INCLUDES ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.... WE DON NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS...."
