SHIPPING TIME: 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS

We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please note, Elease Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your Elease Co. order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!
Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at email@example.com if you would like to arrange an alternative. Please note: delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Steps to take if there are lost packages with a tracking status of "DELIVERED":
1. File Claim with USPS or UPS.
2. File police report
3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
Elease Co. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time- All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Elease Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also ship o PO BOXES, please note the size may restrict the location the package is delivered.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Elease Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Elease Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
COVID-19 Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are aware of the delay that has stricken many areas due to COVID-19. We are working diligently to provide the best customer service and shipping plan in place. Please be patient as we are on your side and want to deliver the best product.
